Producing the Worlds Best BBQ

The Smoker

Based on the same concept used in the Retained Heat Oven, I have designed a BBQ Smoker that uses similar principals. The results are outstanding.

My Smokers produce the absolute best Smoked Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken, and Wild Game that can be made. The Key to producing the Worlds Best BBQ is having the ability to maintain a constant Temperature without much variance. My Smoker does this better that any wood burning system I have ever used.

Some Smokers, because of their lack in ability to retain heat, can over smoke meat to the point that it is not desirable. This over smoking is because you must have a fire going at all times in order to regulate the temperature.

My Design limits the amount of fire in the smoker, and thus the smoke, because most of the heat provided in the initial firing of the Smoker was absorbed deep into the insulated all Brick Fire Box. This heat is given back slowly over the cooking time allowing coals from the initial fire to slowly burn without providing significant Smoking. Since the Fire box is insulated, this Smoker uses less than half the wood needed in other designs.

Add to this a three level baffle system for evenly distributing the heat and you are on your way to Producing the Best BBQ in the world. Using less fuel and without much need for monitoring. It doesn't get any better than this!
