The Bread Builder´s Design originated from a Gentleman named Alan Scott whose Company, www.ovencrafters.net, has built these Ovens for Bakeries and Individuals all over the world.

The Bread Builder Oven not only makes great Baked goods, it will also stand up to the Pompeii oven in making Great Pizza's, Steaks or anything you can dream of. Firing time may be little longer, but the results are equally impressive.

The Key to this design is its incredible Masonry Mass, as much as 9”. This Mass absorbs heat through wood burned in the Rectangle Oven Vault and gives the heat back slowly using Convection, Induction and Radiation allowing for multiple batches of Bread to be produced.

This Book provides great detail on Bread making methods using Masonry Ovens. Everything from starting the dough, proofing, baking and maintaining a Sourdough Starter. It even includes details on Building an oven and how to use it.
